To explore these questions, SUNNY, SOLTRAIN and LEAP SE are joining forces to organise a new three-part webinar series: “From Innovation to Scale in Africa: Solar Thermal and Off-Grid Solutions, Business Models and Enabling Policies.”

Taking place online from September to December 2026, this series will bring together researchers, innovators, policymakers, practitioners and other stakeholders to discuss the key challenges and opportunities involved in moving sustainable energy solutions from research and demonstration to large-scale deployment.

The webinars will be hosted on the LEAP Energy platform and will provide a space for knowledge exchange, showcasing successful approaches, sharing lessons learned and exploring pathways towards wider adoption of renewable energy solutions.
